Screenwriter Yusuf Gad's "The Surge" is a deep story in the middle east surrounding an American soldier. The blood pumping fear and fight for survival throughout the screenplay is surreal. Mr. Gad's tale really hits home and will have you guessing until the end. Amazing work.
