"I-16" is a well written short horror screenplay written by Margina Sisson. Margina does a good job of developing the characters and drawing you into a mysterious story that unfolds with the right level of unpredictability. When Shelly's car breaks down, a nice young man comes to her aid. But, when she discovers this same young man died twenty years earlier in that same spot on the road, she becomes obsessed with the legend that surrounds his death.
