There's nothing like a Horror sequel to an imaginary franchise. "College Beach Party Massacre 4" may be just that, but could also start off a new unstoppable run of films if screenwriter Greg Sisco get's a production company to shoot this film. It's really well written, with the right mix of lighthearted moments and Horror genre satisfaction.
